Sales Associate

Cornerstone Auto Group is looking for a Sales Associate at its Elk River, MN dealership to provide exceptional customer service and drive vehicle sales.

• Build relationships with customers
• Greet and guide customers at the dealership and proceed with the sales process
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and complete the sale.
• Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of different vehicles.
• Update job knowledge through educational opportunities provided by the company.
• Conduct effective demonstrations of vehicle features and overcome objections.
• Follow up and maintain customer relations after the sale.
• Generate new business by prospecting and making follow‑up calls to the customer base and referral sources.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience of one year.
• Sales experience preferred.

• Current, valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets insurance company standards.
• Willing to submit and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good working relationships with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
• Earn and maintain ongoing industry and factory‑related training requirements.
