Automotive Sales Consultant

Walser Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant for our Coon Rapids Nissan store. In this customer-focused role, you'll guide guests through a negotiation-free sales process, from greeting and needs assessment to vehicle selection, test drives, and delivery. You'll use our one-price model to build trust, explain financing and lease options, and maintain relationships through follow-up. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and budget
• Present and demonstrate new and used Nissan vehicles, including test drives
• Explain Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Prepare and present purchase, finance, and lease options within guidelines
• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools to build lasting relationships
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, documentation, and walk-throughs
• Maintain up-to-date product and inventory knowledge
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
