Pay Rate: $26.01 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Sat  11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a professional aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to verify that employees, visitors, and contractors follow site entry requirements, badging procedures, and restricted area protocols.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy‑related issues with clear written reports while communicating relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
