Security Officer Patrol Driver in Elk River, MN

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $26.01 / Hour

• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations calmly, problem‑solving and escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear, timely activity logs and incident reports while working with site personnel and first responders during security-related events.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
