This is a full‑time, on‑site Technician role based in MN. The Technician will install, maintain, and repair industrial air compressors and related equipment, including air and vacuum systems, compressed air plumbing, and associated controls. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, replacing parts, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The role involves traveling to customer locations, communicating findings and recommendations, documenting work performed, and supporting emergency service calls as needed.

The Technician will collaborate with compressed air specialists and other team members to deliver high‑quality service and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Technical skills in mechanical systems, industrial equipment maintenance, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with installation, repair, and servicing of compressors, vacuum systems, or similar industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to perform accurate diagnostics.
• Strong problem‑solving, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple service tasks and priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and documenting service activities.
• Comfort working in industrial environments, including lifting equipment, using hand and power tools, and following safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for travel to customer sites in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in HVAC, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
