We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- thorough knowledge in glass repair processes
- ability to work independently to complete jobs.
- A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter.
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
- Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently.
- Ability to problem solve while working independently
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Show strong attention to detail
- show strong knowledge automotive glass types, adhesives, & installation methods
- Enjoys and takes pride in their work
- looks to enjoy working with coworkers when not independently installing.
Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday;
