Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is seeking a Youth Advocate to support their Transitional Housing Program in Elk River. This full-time position involves ensuring daily program operations, engaging youth in activities, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, respect diversity, and possess excellent organizational skills. Scheduled hours will be overnights, from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, providing essential support to residents.
This role offers a competitive pay rate of $20–$22 per hour, along with benefits including PTO and an IRA contribution.
