 About the Role
 The Elk River manufacturing facility is the heartbeat of our operation, and the dock is where our products meet the road.
 Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by making sure the right product moves through the right door at the right time—with the paperwork to match.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
 Essential Responsibilities
 Shipping, Receiving & Documentation
 Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation, including:
 Work orders for picking
 Bills of lading
 Product transfers
 Receiving paperwork
 Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
 Coordinate dock door activity and schedule inbound and outbound truck traffic.
 Inspect incoming trailers for seal integrity and temperature compliance.
 Inventory & Administrative Support
 Perform weekly counts of 8–10 consumable inventory items and communicate results to the Procurement team.
 Manage incoming UPS, Fed Ex, and mail deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to recipients.
 Maintain organized records and filing systems.
 Answer phones, greet visitors, and support day-to-day office operations.
 Operate office equipment and computer systems necessary to perform job duties.
 Safety & Compliance
 Promote a safe work environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
 Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
 Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
 Food Safety Responsibilities
 Follow Standard Work processes and GMP requirements.
 Properly wear GMP apparel to prevent cross-contamination and allergen cross-contact.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
 Understand and correctly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Minimum Qualifications
 High school diploma or GED required.
 Basic math skills.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
 Experience using inventory or ERP systems is preferred.
 Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and complete tasks within established procedures and guidelines.
 Ability to remain seated for extended periods while managing frequent interruptions.
