Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 base

Key Responsibilities:

Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Track and analyze inventory movements and related cost activity.
Maintain and update bills of materials (BOMs).
Assist with state and use tax reporting and compliance.
Partner cross‑functionally with operations and other internal teams to support accurate financial reporting.
Contribute to process improvements and adapt to new systems and technologies as the business grows.

Required Experience:

2–3 years of experience in public accounting or audit, ideally with a larger CPA firm.
Strong understanding of month‑end close, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
Experience with inventory and cost accounting concepts.
Exposure to state and use tax compliance preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
