Accounting Analyst

The Mission

As an Accounting Analyst, you'll take senior-level ownership of core close and reporting work that keeps Worldwide Foam's decisions sharp and timely. This role exists to drive outcomes through clean financial data, disciplined controls, and fast, confident analysis.

• Support month-end/year-end close; prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Deliver management reporting and financial analysis; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Perform cash reporting and bank reconciliations
• Manage vendor invoices and payment processing
• Partner cross-functionally and help advance process improvement and accounting automation

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, or financial analysis
• Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and comfort with large data sets
• Detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently while elevating the team

Your day starts onsite Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) with a quick scan of what's moving the numbers-then you lock in on close momentum and the details that make the story trustworthy. You'll shift between focused desk time and quick touchpoints with operations and teammates to keep information flowing. Expect deep Excel work with large data sets, crisp documentation, and satisfying "mystery solved" moments as items tie out.
