We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Controller by managing core accounting functions, maintaining robust internal controls, and overseeing financial reporting. You will oversee daily general accounting, drive month-end and year-end closes, and collaborate across departments to analyze operational variances and streamline our financial workflows.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Prior experience managing fixed asset accounting and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Background in developing operational efficiency and production variance reports.
• Hands-on experience supporting external audit processes.
• Track record of identifying process bottlenecks and successfully implementing streamlined accounting controls.

  Bachelor???s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  Proven experience utilizing ERP and core accounting systems.
• Core Accounting Background:
  Hands-on experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and full-cycle month-end close operations.
• Software Proficiency:
  Advanced, high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Communication:
  Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and build effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients at all organizational levels.
• Problem-Solving & Detail:
  Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Integrity:
  High level of discretion when managing proprietary and confidential company information.
