As the Administrative Assistant you will handle day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and smooth department operations.
Your Accountabilities InThe Role:
Skills:
High attention to detail; ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete work on-time and accurately; strong basic math skills, data entry, and problem-solving skills; highly process-and goal-oriented; ability to move from project to project well.
Skills:
Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel & Word).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to write clearly and concisely.

Core HoursMonday – Friday (3 days working per week)
Typical Work Week7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Hours are flexible)
