Management Trainee

• Participate in inventory management and control processes, including stock audits, inventory tracking, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel or data entry tool.
• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, phone etiquette, maintaining organized files, and supporting daily office or manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills by coordinating schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

• College coursework or degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, bilingual is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, manufacturing, or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory control purposes
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and maintenance tasks
