Automotive Service Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor based in Elkhart, IN. The Automotive Service Advisor will manage customer service interactions, assess vehicle maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs in collaboration with the technical team. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, preparing repair estimates, explaining recommended maintenance, ensuring timely communication with customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining service records and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Knowledge in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes and terminology
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive experiences
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to customers in an understandable way
• Capability to manage schedules and documentation effectively
• Prior experience as a service advisor or working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, and BMW or other European vehicles is a plus
• Proficiency in using service management systems and tools
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive services are an advantage
