Internship Overview:
The Organizational Effectiveness Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting initiatives that connect business strategy, organizational design, talent development, leadership effectiveness, culture, workforce insights, and change management. Working alongside the Organizational Effectiveness team, the intern will contribute to projects that improve how work gets done, how people grow, and how the organization achieves its business objectives.

The intern will work on real business challenges that require research, analysis, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and summarize external best practices, internal findings, and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and update process maps, accountability frameworks, project trackers, job and role documentation, presentations, templates, and leadership resources.
- Participate in interviews, workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions while documenting key decisions, actions, and next steps.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative workforce information from surveys, dashboards, reports, and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support pilot programs and organizational initiatives by coordinating activities, gathering feedback, and documenting lessons learned.
- Organize and maintain resources within Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist with workforce planning, talent management, onboarding, career development, learning initiatives, and employee engagement projects.
- Support change management and communication efforts by developing stakeholder materials, training resources, communication plans, and adoption tools.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee and business…
