Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Elkhart, IN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer support calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service and experience to meet the company's standards. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in managing Customer Experience and providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior experience in the RV and MH distribution industry is a requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
