This isn’t your typical call center job. You’ll help members with their accounts, answer questions, find solutions, and connect them with the right services—all while building real relationships.

• Answer member calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Help members with account questions, transactions, and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to recommend products or services that benefit the member
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Work with other departments to ensure members receive the best possible service

• You genuinely enjoy helping people
• You’re a great communicator with a positive attitude
• You’re a problem solver who stays calm under pressure
• You’re comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Customer service experience is helpful, but a great attitude matters most!
