This is a part‑time position.
Schedule7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday with a rotating day off.
Qualifications- Excellent problem‑solving, technical, and customer‑service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Desired:
Experience with Windows or Apple operating systems; experience answering phones; experience with trouble‑ticket systems.
$17.00–$20.00 per hour (paid by claim).
