Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly
Job Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services into the ERP system.
- Field customer questions and complaints; forward issues beyond the representative’s knowledge to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong computer background with working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and email.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills as a self‑starter.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
