Associate Dentist Mission-Driven Practice

R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a mission-driven, team-oriented dental organization focused on delivering high-quality care to children and families.

• Role:
  Full-Time Associate Dentist

• Practice Model:
  Team-based, mission-oriented, dentist-supported environment

• Patient Population:
  Approximately 70% pediatric (ages 3 21) with up to 30% adults depending on location

• Technology:
  Digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, fiber-optic handpieces, and modern practice management software

• Clinical Support: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider

• Average daily flow of operative and hygiene patients

• Payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network patients

• Ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and professional development encouraged

• Guaranteed base pay: $900/day with uncapped earning potential

• Sign-on bonus: $50,000

• Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000 per month

• No lab fees
