Substitute Teacher Opportunities
Southmont Schools is always adding substitute teachers to our district! We serve preschool through 12th grade and there are full and half-day opportunities! Requirements to apply:
- State of Indiana substitute teaching permit
- Elementary (K-5) Subs- must be a high school graduate and 18 years old
- JH & HS (6-12) Subs- must be a high school graduate and 21 years old
Sub Pay:
Retired Southmont Schools teacher the daily rate is $105 ($52.50 for a half day). All other Subs the daily rate is $95 ($47.50 for a half day). Once we receive all the forms and completed background check we will send you your Frontline Sub Portal access information and you will be able to start accepting sub jobs.
