Elkhart Community Schools in Indiana is seeking a paraprofessional to assist in reading, writing, and mathematics while supporting reading readiness for students. The role requires completion of 48 college credits or an Associate's degree or Para Pro assessment, plus a valid driver's license and CPR certification. Expect regular attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule is 7.5 hours per day, 188 days per year. Training in CPI and Trauma-Informed Care is required and ongoing.
