Concord Community Schools is hiring a Preschool Developmental Paraprofessional to support students ages 3–5 with special education services. The role assists the Preschool Teacher of Record in implementing IEPs and facilitating developmentally appropriate activities, while promoting independence in a safe classroom setting.
You will help with play-based instruction, small groups, and center activities, and participate in district trainings while maintaining FERPA and IDEA compliance.
