Job Readiness Coach
With flexibility, creativeness, and commitment, the Job Readiness Coach is responsible for planning goal-centered activities designed to provide individuals with developmental disabilities a life of informed choice and possibilities. The Job Readiness Coach helps individuals explore vocational and educational opportunities based on their interests and goals as they determine the next step in their life adventure. Goals support their Person Centered Individual Support Plans (PCISP) while offering opportunity to improve and learn new skills.

Essential Functions:
