• Ability to adapt instructional approaches for students with diverse learning needs

• Plan, deliver, and assess instructional activities tailored to individual student IEP goals
• Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral support for students with exceptional needs (mild or intense intervention, based on your background)
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Communicate progress with families and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
