Job Description:
This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 48 hours of earned college credit or an Associate's degree, or the equivalent through a formal assessment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a wholesome and understanding attitude, and the ability to communicate well. CPR certification for infants and adults is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
The role also demands the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and specialized training in serving students with special needs, including de-escalation and therapeutic holds. The position offers a salary range of $16.26 to $20.69 per hour.
