We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Marine Surveyor to join our Technical Surveying & Project Management Department.

After an initial onboarding period in our office in Viareggio, the position will be mainly based in Ancona.

• Conduct technical surveys to the highest industry standards.
• Monitor new build and refit projects from contract signing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with leading surveyors and department heads to ensure technical compliance.

We value both experience and attitude. Ideal candidates will have:

At least two years in one of the following roles:

• Surveyor for a Classification Society, Flag State, or private surveying company (cargo or super yachts)
• Part of the production department of a superyacht yard
• Engineer Officer on merchant ships or super yachts (minimum three years at sea)

• Good spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and IT skills (MS Office, database systems)
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice (Italy and worldwide)
