A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Controller to support multiple operational sites. This role is a key financial leader responsible for FP&A, cost accounting, P&L oversight, and ensuring accurate financial reporting with strong internal controls. The Controller partners closely with plant leadership, sales, and operations to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.

• Oversee financial policies, internal controls, and asset protection
• Prepare and review financial statements for assigned business units
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support product margin analysis and operational metrics
• Partner with leadership teams to guide financial decisions
• Contribute to M&A activities and due diligence
• Drive process improvements and develop performance metrics

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, and P&L skills
• Financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting experience
• Hybrid availability (3 days onsite)
• Preferred:
  Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA, MBA)
• Manufacturing experience
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• M&A or process‑improvement experience

Intermediate Level

Permanent position based out of Elkhart, IN. Hybrid location, 3 days onsite.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $ per year.

This position is anticipated to close on May 31, 2026.
