Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Controller to join their growing manufacturing organization in Elkhart, Indiana. In this hybrid role, the Controller will play a key financial leadership position, overseeing FP&A, cost accounting, P&L oversight, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will partner closely with plant leadership and sales to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of accounting and finance experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong analytical and leadership skills. A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year is offered.
