Controller

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

Why This Role Hits Different

This isn’t your typical Controller position.

You’re stepping into a high-growth manufacturing organization fresh off a major ERP transformation and entering a critical phase—turning financial data into real business impact. The systems are in place; now the company needs a financial leader who can unlock profitability, expose opportunities, and influence how the business moves forward.

If you thrive where finance meets operations and enjoy turning complexity into clarity, this role delivers.

What You’ll Own Profitability Leadership

Take full ownership of costing and margin performance. Identify variances, uncover root causes, and drive actions that directly improve results.

Cash Flow and Liquidity

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital strategy. Strengthen cash management while supporting growth initiatives.

Financial Operations

Run the month‑end close, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy and confidence. Ensure clean, reliable financials that leadership can trust.

Operational Partnership

Work closely with operations to understand production workflows, cost drivers, and process improvement opportunities.

Strategic Influence

Support key decisions around pricing, customer mix, and long‑term financial strategy with data‑driven insights.

Analytics and Tools

Leverage Business Central and advanced Excel to build models, analyze performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.

What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Cost accounting
    • Variance and margin analysis
    • Financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities
Who Thrives Here
  • You don’t just report numbers—you challenge and interpret them
  • You consistently push past surface‑level answers to find real drivers
  • You are confident offering ideas and influencing decisions
  • You balance attention to detail with strategic thinking
  • You want your work to directly impact business performance
What Sets You Apart
  • Curiosity and a willingness to dig deeper than others
  • A bias toward action—you don’t just analyze, you improve
  • Strong collaboration across finance and operations
  • A sense of ownership and accountability for results
Bottom Line

This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role where your insights will directly shape profitability and operational performance.

If you’re ready to step beyond traditional accounting and become a true financial leader, this is your opportunity.
