Responsibilities

• Manage new client onboarding and account opening activities
• Maintain investment policy statements and compliance documentation
• Support portfolio reviews and ongoing client service initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with clients and referral sources
• Assist with business development efforts and firm growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Requirements

• Active Series 65 license required
• 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or related financial services
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment
