Finance Internship

The Finance Intern will assist the Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting and controller activities. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment supporting multiple industries, products, processes, and production facilities.

Potential locations for this internship include Elkhart, Indiana

As a Finance Intern, you will be working on hands-on projects. Potential projects may include, but are not limited to:

* Supporting sales forecasting and trend analysis

* Contributing to the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly reporting

* Helping improve the organization, consistency, and maintenance of historical financial data

* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes

* Supporting financial analysis and reporting activities

* Supporting the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and controller responsibilities

* Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

* Strong analytical and data analysis skills

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* Excellent sense of ethics and accountability

* Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

* Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

In addition, you must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
