Job Description INOVA Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and service-focused Fulfillment Administrator to join our Loan Fulfillment team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of loan and membership documentation while supporting an efficient and seamless lending experience for both members and internal teams.

The Fulfillment Administrator is responsible for auditing loan documentation, performing quality assurance reviews, supporting loan funding and fulfillment processes, and assisting lending staff with documentation and operational questions. Through strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, this position helps ensure loans are processed efficiently, regulatory requirements are met, and exceptional service is delivered throughout the lending process.

As a Fulfillment Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our lending operations and helping ensure our members receive accurate, timely, and exceptional service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Audit loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews for consumer loans originated through Centralized Lending and branch locations.

Identify documentation discrepancies, communicate findings, and collaborate with lending staff to resolve issues promptly.

Support loan fulfillment activities to ensure timely loan processing and funding.

Complete loan and membership follow-up activities while maintaining accurate documentation.

Assist with title processing and collateral documentation as needed.

Process member requests for loan payment coupon books and other fulfillment-related services.

Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, audits, and operational activities.

Serve as a resource for lending and branch employees by answering questions regarding documentation requirements and fulfillment procedures.

Ensure compliance with federal regulations, credit union policies, security standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Assist with departmental projects, cross-training initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone who has:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in loan operations, loan processing, lending support, quality assurance, banking, or financial services preferred.

Knowledge of consumer lending documentation and loan processing procedures preferred.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve documentation issues.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with loan origination systems, document management systems, or core banking software preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive member information.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a credit union or banking environment.

Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and compliance requirements.
