• Provides pharmaceutical care to Customers including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders and counseling Customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
• Maintains confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications.
• Applies up-to-date expertise to develop and improve action plans by providing guidance to others in applying information and best practices to meet customer and business needs.
• Supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, carrying out necessary processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes.
• Models and guides Associates on customer service approaches to address customer needs, complaints, and issues within Company guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying them in business plans and daily operations.
• Analyzes and interprets reports to ensure compliance, monitors loss prevention and safety controls, and develops action plans.
• Maintains confidential records as required by Company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Promotes patient care quality and safety, including counseling on new therapies and ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements.

• Fosters a culture of healthcare compliance, trains associates, and monitors compliance execution (billing procedures, HIPAA, SOPs).
• Promotes a respectful work environment and teamwork, upholding Walmart values and integrity.
• Supports and models accountability and continuous improvement in processes and patient safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
