South Bend Orthopedics is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist for our Elkhart office. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine backgrounds preferred.

This position will be responsible for providing patient care including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing special physical therapy treatments.
Responsibilities And Duties- Assess patient condition, establish goals, treatments and care plan in conjunction with patient
- Ensure appropriate treatment is performed in interdisciplinary fashion
- Document findings, treatments, and other patient information for medical record
- Educate patient on appropriate care and use of various therapies/exercises
- Comply with appropriate clinic policies
- Serve as information/education resource for patients, families, and staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- BS, MA, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy
- Must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
