Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and caring Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Elkhart, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives while working in a collaborative and supportive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and assessments.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student development plans.

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
