Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a SNF UNIT setting, in Elkhart, IN! This is a full‑time travel contract position.
Requirements- Active IN SNF UNIT license
- 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
- Start date:
02/19/2026; end date: 05/21/2026
- Weekly pay – every Friday
