The Clinical Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that the community is staffed adequately to meet the needs of the residents of the community.
Education/Qualifications/Skills- One year of scheduling experience at an assisted living or long-term care community is preferred but not required.
- Current QMA or CNA license required.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word and Outlook and the ability to learn computer and record keeping systems utilized by the community.
- Ability to be available on an “on-call” basis.
- Ability to have continuous access to a cell phone, or other device, to be in contact with the community in an emergency and is expected to report to the community in an emergency.
