Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend (we do this for our travelers, even though core staff only work every third weekend)
Floating Requirement:
Occasional floating to other Level 3 departments
Holiday Requirement:
One holiday per contract
Will be required to complete 2 level-loading shifts each scheduled period

The additional level-loading shifts means that in a 6-week period, the travelers would work two extra shifts (for two weeks of the schedule, the schedule would reflect 4 shifts instead of
3). The unit is very flexible with this. The traveler can pick whichever two shifts in whichever weeks they would like. Ratios on MSU are 1:5 - 1:6

Travelers are permitted to call off twice per assignment. This policy mirrors the facility's ability to cancel a traveler's shift up to two times without penalty. If a traveler calls off a third time, the unit manager will determine whether they prefer to end the contract early or have Aya provide coaching on attendance expectations.

Certs Preferred: ACLS, CPI, ONC, PALS

Locals accepted:
No- must live at least 50 miles away from the facility
Pending License accepted: Y, must be active by start
