CRNA needed near Elkhart, IN Looking for a CRNA to work in a well established practice in Indiana ASAP. Call is not required for their providers but welcomed. Call shifts end at 7am the following day. The incoming CRNA will work the post-call day and are the first release for the day. A full call schedule is one call a week and one weekend every 6 weeks approximately.
This can be decreased or increased at the desire of the provider. They have a unique compensation model that includes an employees base salary and additional shift pay for any shifts worked outside of the allotted shifts for the year/month. There is monthly base pay and any call shifts, Saturday shifts, and holiday shifts are added in addition to the base pay.
