MORryde is actively seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Employee Services (HR) Department
. In this role you will be responsible for screening and interviewing all incoming applications for our production departments. You will be reviewing and updating advertising initiatives to increase recruiting efficiency. This position requires the ability to work with multiple department leaders and to communicate effectively. You should be detailed and inquisitive to ensure you bring in top talent.
In addition, you may provide support and handle tasks relating to Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Safety, Training, Benefits, and other Human Resource functions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn our company from the ground up and gain experience in nearly every aspect of this essential MORryde Team.
Prior knowledge in manufacturing processes and/or recruiting processes is a plus, but MORryde will train the right individual. We are looking for a person with the desire to learn and become a valuable member of an awesome team. That could be you!
What You’ll Do- Reviewing and updating job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Screening and interviewing candidates for our production positions
- Researching and implementing ways to attract and retain qualified candidates
- Communicating and scheduling onsite interviews for hiring managers
- Creating a candidate base to fill openings timely, when new positions become available
- Creating positive experiences with potential as well as current MORryde Team Members
- Launching, tracking, and verifying electronic employee onboarding
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement events
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Highest degree of integrity when working with confidential information and data
- Aptitude to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn a variety of data systems
- Adapt smoothly to changes in priorities– flexibility
- Customer service and team player mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional computer proficiency, with thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
