Lead Recruiting Efforts
Support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hourly positions. Partner with hiring managers to attract talented candidates and help meet the organization's growing workforce needs.
Create Exceptional Onboarding ExperiencesCoordinate onboarding activities, facilitate new-hire orientation, ensure required documentation is completed, and help new employees transition successfully into the organization.
Support Employee Relations & RetentionServe as a resource for employees while helping foster an engaging, positive workplace culture. Assist with employee programs, engagement initiatives, and retention efforts.
Partner Across the OrganizationBuild relationships with employees and managers across the business while supporting HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
Grow Your HR ExpertiseGain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while working alongside an experienced HR leader.
What You Bring:- 3–5 years of HR experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Passion for employee engagement and organizational growth
- HR professionals who enjoy working directly with people
