Human Resources Generalist I

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements
• Completes day to day operations of HR functions and duties
• Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Assistant Manager
• Assists with onboarding employees
• Works directly with each department for recruiting needs

• Associate degree within Human Resources field of similar area
• Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to maintain personal composure
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• 1 year of relevant work experience

Demonstrates proficiency in Human Resources functions, including onboarding and administrative support, while ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Possesses strong communication skills and attention to detail in HR operations.
