Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, located in Elkhart, IN. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting business telephone systems, computer networks, and VoIP solutions. Additional tasks include providing technical support for IP cameras, door access control systems, and low voltage cabling. Collaboration with team members and clients to implement and manage IT systems is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in LAN/WAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with VoIP Solutions, including installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of IP Camera systems and Door Access Control technologies
- Skills in low-voltage cabling and related installations
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work on-site in Elkhart, IN, and provide support as needed
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus
