Epicor Systems Analyst

The Epicor Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding Norco’s business processes across all brands and translating them into accurate, efficient workflows inside Epicor. This role ensures Epicor is configured, utilized, and enhanced to support manufacturing, operations, supply chain, customer service, and finance.

The analyst will work closely with end users, supervisors, and functional leaders to map processes, design solutions, improve data quality, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

This is an on-site role due to the hands‑on collaboration required with production, engineering, customer service, and accounting teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience in a functional or analyst role.
• Hands‑on experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS report development, and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (job management, routings, scheduling, WIP, inventory).
• Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into Epicor configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; process‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communicator comfortable working with all levels (operators, supervisors, managers, executives).
