IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for enterprise-wide Information Technology functions supporting approximately 600 users across multiple manufacturing locations.

This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that align with business objectives while driving operational excellence and innovation.

• Partner with executive and business unit leaders to understand operational priorities and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with organizational and enterprise goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, AI, IoT, and RPA.
• Promote innovation to improve business processes and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement enterprise technology standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor an IT team of 8–10 professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support succession planning and professional development initiatives.
• Oversee ERP system administration, optimization, and integration (Net Suite experience preferred).
• Ensure effective management of enterprise applications and system performance.

• Maintain secure and reliable network, server, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Implement and uphold IT security standards and governance frameworks.
• Support sustainability initiatives through responsible IT practices.

• Manage helpdesk operations to ensure high-quality user support.
• Implement ITSM best practices and leverage KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

• Ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
• Support enterprise data initiatives, including data lakes and analytics platforms.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and policies.

• Lead technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Drive organizational change management related to technology adoption.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Support digital platforms and technology solutions that enhance customer engagement and sales operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations and enterprise system environments (Net Suite strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience supporting 600+ end users in a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, vendors, and complex technology projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
