The Vice President of Quality is a senior executive responsible for shaping, leading, and executing the organization’s quality strategy. This role ensures products, services, and processes consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The VP oversees enterprise-wide quality systems, continuous improvement efforts, audits, compliance, and quality culture development.
