Summary / Objective

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that deliver defined outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure consistent communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Functions
  • Lead projects from initiation through closeout, including but not limited to development of project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure delivery against commitments and reporting those to leadership as necessary.
  • Partner with business, technical, and operational teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and alignment across multiple teams and leadership levels.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors as needed to support project execution.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery consistency.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements across the project portfolio.
  • Lead through example and always exhibit core values.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full‑time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.

    Travel

    Could include up to 25% depending on the project management structure you are reporting into. May require onsite visits in support of projects and in-person meetings as scheduled.

    Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) Preferred
  • Experience working within an Enterprise PMO or portfolio management environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Service Now SPM, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
