Office Manager – Elkhart, Indiana

Salary Range: $48,000 – $55,000 annually | 100% On-site

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative functions of the office, including reception, correspondence, equipment, and supply management
  • Manage office staff: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate performance
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, office maintenance, and services to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Assist finance or HR as needed with budget tracking, expense reporting, payroll support, or staff benefits
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports; compile operational data for senior leadership
  • Serve as point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding administrative or operational issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred (Associate's and strong work experience considered)
  • 4-7 years experience in office administration, operations, or related roles; at least 2 years in supervisory capacity preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with office management and scheduling software a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure
  • Comfortable working in-office for full business hours; occasional longer hours or flexibility may be required
