Manufacturing Associate

Our client, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operations Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:*
* + $18.50/hr during temporary assignment

+ $19.00/hr upon hire

** Shift:*
* + 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

+ 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate production equipment and hand tools to meet daily manufacturing goals

+ Follow quality and safety standards to ensure consistent product output

+ Perform routine safety checks and report equipment or process issues

+ Complete production documentation and verify product specifications

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

** What's Needed?*
* + Good, stable work history in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment

+ Previous machine operation or production experience preferred

+ Basic math skills and ability to read measuring devices

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
